All elements comprising the K-PAY platform (brand, logo, interface, documentation, code, and content) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or reuse without prior authorisation is prohibited.

K-PAY makes every effort to ensure the availability and accuracy of the information presented. However, the platform cannot be held liable for service interruptions beyond its control, nor for the use made of the tools made available by its users.

These legal notices are governed by the law in force in the Republic of Cameroon. Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
